Where does Speed, Agility and Quickness (S+A+Q) training take place?

Sessions are currently held at The Pitch at Lexington Athletic Club in Lexington, Kentucky.

 

How long are S+A+Q sessions?

Sessions are about an hour in length.  

 

What should athletes bring with them to a S+A+Q training session?

Athletes need to bring water and wear comfortable clothes. Since Tower Hill has turf fields, I recommend my athletes wear cleats.

 

Is S+A+Q training only for soccer players?

S+A+Q is excellent for any sport. I train athletes involved in a variety of sports including, football, tennis, softball basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, lacrosse, golf, track and field.

 

What age do you offer S+A+Q?

The youngest athlete begins training around six years of age and continues through college.
