Summer 1 Speed Training: JUNE- Tuesday/ Wednesday Nights
REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 1st!
Summer 1 Speed & Agility Training will be 4 weeks long. Athletes can train on Tuesday and/or Wednesday. These sessions are great for athletes in all sports. We will work on proper running mechanics, agility, cutting, acceleration, coordination, deceleration, jumping, landing, reaction and conditioning. We work hard and have fun while doing it! Athletes need to be able to follow instructions and pay attention for the duration of the training. No horseplay will be tolerated. If you have a concern about whether or not your athlete can follow instructions for the 60 min class, please email me at Jess@xponentperformance.com. Refunds are not given as I have limited spots so please check dates to make sure it works. Players may makeup a session on either night if I have a spot available that week.
Training Dates: Summer 1
Tuesday: June 3, 10, 17, 24
Wednesday: June 4, 11, 18, 25
5-6pm: ages 7-9 yrs old
6-7pm: 10-12 yrs old
7-8 pm: Highschool
Cost:$100
Training 1 night a week (Tues or Wed) for 4 weeks: $100
Training 2 nights a week (Tues & Weds) for 4 weeks: $200.
Classes are not prorated, Limited Spots
